I'm not trying to say this guy did nothing wrong.
I just want to know more about what went down b/c it seems really strange that she would want to stay and cuddle and get a goodnight kiss if she thought this dude raped her in the arse.
I'm not saying what his lawyer is claiming is true either.

A University Title IX Tribunal is not a court of law.

I am. There’s no way his lawyer would say that if it wasn’t backed up by her statement to the Title IX kangaroo court. He’s just repeating the transcript.

I get that. It sounds really bad. I'm just wondering if it's more of a he started to try to put it in and she didn't want it so he stopped and they continued w/oral situation or if he straight up rammed it in.

I said IF this was true. As far as I've seen A&M isn't commenting so we don't know what their actual findings were.
If he straight shoved it in w/o asking then yeah, I'd still boot him.

Sure, but we also have no idea what he is potentially leaving out.

You’ve never accidentally rammed a butthole? I know I have. You laugh it off and go about your business. When it’s your spouse or longtime girlfriend that is. When it’s a Tender slut who you refuse to cuddle or kiss good night and kick out of your apartment leaving her feeling used and ashamed (which isn’t illegal), then these days this is what comes of it. This is her revenge and misguided means of assuaging her own self-disgust.

That statement says absolutely nothing about this specific case though.

Who cares what A&M’s findings were?
A&M isn’t a court of law. The ACTUAL courts didn’t even see fit to try to so much as indict him.
Since the REAL justice system didn’t find any fault here, A&M’s kangaroo social justice “courts” can frick off.

An actual court of law doesn't need to get involved for a school to decide they want to kick a kid out.
If a 18 year old kid is found smoking pot and puking vodka in the dorms they don't need to call the cops to boot him.
Also, you have no idea what happened in the hearing so to claim it's a kangaroo SJW court is ridiculous.

Now she is tweeting @inside edition. She also posted the whole letter where he was found not guilty of three other violations.
The letter they sent her on this does not sound good for him (or the school) at all.

These Title IX student sex hearings by their very nature are kangaroo social justice tribunals. That’s what they are. What you are saying is like debating whether or not a particular dog licks its butthole. They all lick their buttholes; that’s what dogs do.
You need to do your own research on these Title IX student sex pogroms. They’re nothing but a cudgel in the hands of the modern campus leftist einsatzgruppen.
By the way, I didn’t downvote you. That was someone else.

I've read about them quite a bit ever since Mattress Girl went down. I've read cases that could go to either side of arguing why they are bad for the accuser and the accused. Painting all of them w/a broad brush like that is silly. Each one is comprised of different people in different areas w/different feelings on the issues brought towards them. Some schools may be more likely to sweep things under the rug while others may lean towards believing everything an accuser says w/little recourse for the accused, and others attempt to be as fair as possible.

True. But nobody cares if you smoked pot or puked in the dorm 15 years ago.
We're talking about serious charges that can ruin a person's reputation and ability to earn a professional living for the rest of their lives - handed about by school administrators with zero judicial authority.
The swimmer guy may be a worthless meathead Bro-bro-bro, but the process is still wrong.

I’m sure he is. This sort of random Tinder hookup and then kick them to the curb immediately after stuff speaks to that. I had plenty of sexcapades before getting married without treating them like that.
But that’s not illegal.
And I absolutely fundamentally do not believe, based on every girl I’ve ever been with, that any woman would blow you to completion after you raped her anus without her consent and then want to cuddle and kiss you. That she’d follow up violent sodomy by rewarding him with a blowjob where she swallowed (based on the released documents) and then want to cuddle is totally ludicrous.
So what we have here is a jerk meathead getting his life potentially ruined because he didn’t cuddle with this chick. All because we as a society have allowed universities to form extrajudicial tribunals made up of professional university-types, who are all far leftists with hardcore agendas, which conform to none of the rights of the accused that we as a society have long upheld as essential and bedrock concepts. frick that. Any man who defends these kangaroo courts is a Benedict Arnold/Stephen from Django.

Yeah I just wonder how long people are going to drag A&M's name through the mud. Was just watching KPRC and they had a segment with two students (the one accusing the swimmer and the one Merritt exposed himself to) about how A&M doesn't care about them, trying to make us seem like Baylor.
