As nice as Jimbo’s first class was only Sternberger was a major impact.

Eh. Corbin, Brown, and Small had decent impact. Are you expecting several true freshmen to come in and be instant stars?

Any player who plays in no more than 4 games are allowed to redshirt.

No, it go back and look how many freshman started in some of Sumlin’s classes. I would have expected a new HC would want more of his guys sooner.

That's because it was Sumlin, players usually regressed under him. Makes sense the freshmen would play a lot.
