A few thoughts:

The Dirtbags look to be a little down after making the at least the regional final the past 2 years in a row.

Dox has taken over as the Saturday starter. Not shocking at all, but I'm glad it happened before SEC play.

Boomer is actually really interesting to listen to for a guy fresh out of school.

NOBODY can take Will Johnson's job.

Exactly.

Has anybody looked at the Dirtbags' schedule? Holy cow. They ain't skeered of nobody.

Two things:
1. Helluva game. I normally hate pitcher's duels, but that was fun to watch. Both starting pitchers were excellent.
2. Hoffman makes Homan look cool, calm, and collected. Whatever works, though!
