I am, and I think there's some potential. But to miss on the players we missed, especially to a 5-7 Texas team, is fricking terrible.

I agree this is a good class, but it could have been so much better.

We missed at OL, but I still really like our OL class.
If Boyd gets in then our RB class is a strength.
Dodson may very well be my favorite recruit, but he's the only true LB in this class.
Our CBs are solid with Fuller & Oliver.
With the hand we were dealt I am fine with out QB haul (Knight & Starkel)
Okeke & Chattman are nice projects at S, but again what could have been.
WRs are solid again.
Where we really screwed up is DL. You cannpt afford to only take 1 to 2 guys in any given year. Sure Madu is a high end stud, but Alton might not make it in and that is it. We won't feel it in 2016, but we sure will in 2017 & 2018.

I agree with this, but what we are signing is a very solid group that fills our needs in all but one or two spots

I like the wr and CB for sure, also ol depth. But the defense could have used a few more high level playmakers.

No we are realist who live in the real world and know that we aren't going to compete much less win in the west with classes like this. Yes it's a pretty solid class but pretty solid isn't close to good and missing out on some of the best in state talent is inexcusable.

I think they are projecting a couple of guys that will move over to this spot and fit in very nicely

Are Robinson and Boyd even going to qualify?

We really should have offered the JUCO TE the moment Mazzone was hired if he was planning to incorporate that even more.

Yes. The fact that Sumlin is even taking grade risks (none since Edmund Ray in 2012) means he knows he's in deep shite.
