Greg Little will be coming in with Kyler this weekend for the game.
In an interview, Little said that he thinks Christian Kirk is all but committed (will be on his OV this weekend), and he still thinks we have a shot with Patrick Hudson (I don't).
Little said that he's ready to be the leader of this class and wants to make our 2016 class the best in the nation. He also said that he's accepted invitations to the Opening and Under Armor AA Game.
Always nice to have the #1 recruit in the country as your recruiting class leader.

Reports coming in Brandon Jones tore his PCL last week. It's basically the same thing RSJ went down with last year. Glad it's not the ACL, which is a longer and more difficult recovery process.

I don't wish this on any kid, but I can see this only helping with our recruitment. Similar to the Justin Dunning situation, I can see us increasing our recruitment of Brandon (if that's possible), thus only separating ourselves more as his leader.
People ask why kids commit so early, and why they don't just wait. To me, this is a huge reason...especially if you know where you want to go. Get a scholarship locked up, and secure your college future.

for those that haven't seen, this is Cleveland's sophomore tape. He reminds me a lot of Lodge. He's bigger but still a smooth athlete. Not a blow you away top end but fast and he fights. He plays with an edge to him and watching that tape look how many times he stiff arms DBs and runs right through arm tackles. You want him down, you have to fight him.
We rated him highest at our camp this summer and apparently he was the standout at the sips came too. He transferred to Westfield this year which should get him more acclaim because Northbrook is fricking awful. Really really good looking prospect. I haven't seen LSU commit Dee Anderson yet but I was told they are the best two WRs in state next year despite a few guys being currently ranked higher.

Why do you think its taken us so long to offer dee? I know its crazy to ask that question but in today's recruiting, not having an offer by now is slow playing

he didn't camp with us and had not played varsity football prior to this year

We made Jared may dens top 5. No OU or baykot (who has the lead in CBs). Also interesting to see rice make it even though apparently his bro (?) is a WR (?) for them

While we love Duvernay (Kyler's cousin), Mayden is the prize at Sasche imo. He's planning on committing sometime in the spring. We're in really good shape obviously. Probably between us and Oregon.

Is it bad that I no longer put any value into whether OU or Texas has offered someone?
Posted on 12/8/14 at 2:35 pm to WestCoastAg
seems weird we are offering 2016 LBs right now given we don't have a DC

maybe we already decided we wanted to offer this kid before Snyder was fired? i dunno
