I think it's a given at this point but where are you seeing this?

All the players from San Antonio think he's coming to A&M

this is pretty interesting. I think we'd have passed two weeks ago, but Jordan Points is gone so we might consider another DT in this class to fill in that gap.

I'll take any defensive help we can get

Had a friend say to me that "Speedy Noil may not be the fastest timed, but in pads he looks faster than everyone on the field." It sort of shocked me because I thought it was well known how fast Speedy is. He ran an electronic 4.40 at the Opening. He also had a vertical of 45.3" which is just insane
LINK
All the comparisons to Percy Harvin or Tavon Austin are pretty valid. NFL combine numbers:
Austin 40: 4.34
Harvin 40: 4.41
Since 2006 (which is as far back as the NFL database goes), the best vertical recorded at the NFL combine has been 45.0". Speedy's 3.94 shuttle also would have placed him in the top 10 for all NFL combine participants in that same time period.
Speedy is not just good in pads. His raw athleticism is simply off the charts.

Geez, that vertical is insane. Michael Jordan's was 48" for comparison.
Tony Brown's 40 and shuttle are also off the charts.

Tony Brown is seriously an olympic level hurdler. He fast. I'll be interested if the two are matched up against one another at times over the years

Hamm is apparently saying Hall to Baylor. Not that anyone is truly shocked.

welp, it appears we did decide to move on a DT to replace Points - just not the one that reached out to us.
We offered tonight and he flipped on the spot. Early enroller as well

Confirmed Zay Henderson to A&M. What a crazy turn of events. Goes from Texas, to TCU, Tech, back to Texas and now A&M

Holy shite...REALLY? That's ANOTHER 4-star DT.

Apparently we were going to review Trey L's tape this week to decide whether to extend an offer and given our recently open spot, we looked at a few guys. With Henderson being an EE, they quickly decided he was top of the list and we offered. That happened....fast

Flipping Henderson, damn I nearly woke the kiddo laughing so hard. I bet the sip fans are blowing a gasket right now.
