Best thing about having Big Germ as coach is that it's a win/win. If he sucks dick, we can hate him because he's an Alabama queer. If he somehow does well, he will eventually go back to Alabama and Battle Captain will immediately turn them in for cheating.

No way. I really think this game is going to put people on notice that this isn't the same Vols. Even if you guys lose, this game is going to be close. Can even see the Vols winning, a few turn overs and tough D can beat any team any Saturday.
I have no clue about your capabilities on offense or what the new scheme will look like, but I can't imagine the team looking flat on D.

VOLs don't need to hype ourselves up imo. We already won the offseason by denying the hiring of Haslam puppet Schiano. I don't think it matters if we lose every game this year. We already won the only thing that matters.
Nevertheless, I think people forget that we have a bunch of talent left over from some great recruiting classes under Champ of Life Butch. They just need some coaching.
