UF has officially entered it's version of the Dooley/Butch era.
What do I expect? How much alcohol do I need to stock up on?
Any tips/suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.

We are most likely only hiring one of Gruden/Petersen, although I have recently heard rumors that Gruden will coach under Petersen as a Head coach in waiting type scenario, take that with a grain of salt, so maybe you can pursue the leftover stellar candidate?

You might be entering the Golden Era for UF message boarding which is very fun. Also, you could trot out the winning horse of the Kentucky Derby as your coach and still beat VOLS most years.
So, it isn't all bad.
Edit: Another plus was that I really got into bourbon the last 8 or so years, so maybe a chance to refine your palette a little bit as well.

What the frick ever. Come talk to us when you hire a Butch Jones and it is an upgrade from your previous coach.
You guys haven't even made a bad hire yet. Still plenty of coaches out there that can win at Florida. I do hope you miss on them.

I joined the military and moved to California. I don't think I could have lived in Knoxville for the past 9 years or so...

Taggart would be a high upside hire. Good hire imo
Strong not so much. Feels like Muschamp without the crazy.
Leach would be fun and possibly great. I kind of want to see it just to see what his actual ceiling is.
Novell would probably fail.
Kiffin would never happen, but scares me more than anyone on this list.

If there is a worse QB than Franks, I'd call BS.
He is the worst QB I have ever seen and I've sat through 7 straight years of horrible QB play since Tebow left.
