Almost posted this yesterday but I was under the impression they were going to be discreet about today’s visit.

He spent the morning at Cherokee with 3 very influential people. Spent the afternoon eating and visiting downtown and has been over by the facility this evening.

This will come down to how much leeway they are willing to give him but he is #1 in the mind of everybody who matters.

I do not think any of the other “big name” guys are in play at all.

If they're not going to be secretive about anything, Butch needs to be fired ASAP.

I agree with this. People will united behind Gruden. If/when Gruden passes, it may well be back to the same old power struggle.

If they were, I don't think there would be a problem.

I was told the biggest obstacle is the Colts opening.

That makes me feel sick.

What are your thoughts about how this plays out?

Also, is there a reason he turned down the colts last year but is changing his mind?

I don't see Gruden taking the colts job but that's just me

I hope they were very discreet about him looking at the facilities, that would be very awkward with butch still around
