Andy Kennedy's post game thoughts on the VOLS

“I love Tennessee, I love coming here. I appreciate the passion of the fandom, I appreciate them supporting the Big Orange. I’ve known Rick Barnes for a long time, and I think you guys here have a good basketball intellect here, unlike some places. And you have a hall of fame coach. Rick Barnes is going to the hall of fame. He’s going to the hall of fame. And he has done an incredible job of getting blue collar guys and getting them to max out. He’s always going to put them in a position to be successful, they’ve bought in, they’re having a lot of success, and today obviously was an avalanche that unfortunately we were under. But he has a good group. We’ve played mostly everyone in the league, we’ve played Florida and Alabama, we just played Auburn — we’ve played them twice — we’ve played Texas A&M, and Georgia. And Tennessee has an opportunity, I don’t know what the rest of their schedule looks like, but they have an opportunity to make a real run. They have all the pieces.”
