No. It’s going to get interesting if the protect college sports act passes and the NCAA has antitrust exemption to enforce its own rules.

Even if it doesn’t how many teams/conferences will say they won’t play against them because of it? The red lines are going to get drawn sooner than later either by the law or by schools standing up and saying they want standards.
