There's that and the fact that he didn't hit the camp circuit until June of this year. Nobody knew about him at rivals until today. 247 has him rated 88 borderline 4*, Rivals just gave him a mid 3* rating today.

At DT he is not a take and gets 3rd tier offers. At his natural position he is an unknown.
UGA is recruiting lights out right now as they should. Closest they have been to a national title other than the Fulmer cup since Carter left office. The have a coach that likely doesn’t own a vigina hat like the last one and will likely have a run in the east til Tennessee and Florida rebuild and push them back to third.

He’s from Kirby’s hometown. I guess Pruitt stole one that Kirby knew nothing about. Saw his offer list. This kid didn’t just fly under the radar. He operated in a submarine.

Honestly, the guy is all football business, all the time. He's involved in every aspect of the program, from academics to weight training to personal issues with every player on his team.
Every recruit that he's interested in sits down with him and reviews game tape and gets some honest feedback and coaching on their visit. He's a teacher, and you can tell he loves to help these kids reach their goals. Not many coaches have the balls to be honest with recruits and not just kiss their arse on a visit.
I've been really impressed so far.
You think every coach in CFB doesn’t operate that way? They all spend as much time recruiting as you and your alters do on this board.

Our 2015 class that he recruited had so much unbelievable defensive talent. Our 3 stars were even studs.
