Would be a huge get. Brian Dohn who is 39/40 just put his in today. 103 overall player this year on 24/7

I think he was but UF made a strong push as did Jones. He got some really big crystal balls the last three days that indicate a pretty good chance he comes to UF based on their percentage of being correct.

LSU and Bama loading up put him back on the market. He's a really good player, wish we had the room for him but in the end we just won't unless the Chase chatter isn't for real.

Chase chatter is real he is going to you. We all wanted him but if we land Watkins and Copeland no one here will be sad. Especially adding a top 100 transfer who sat out for family reasons and Jefferson as well. Will be the best receiver pull Uf has had in a decade.

He planned to commit to bama or lsu at the UA game. Most thought it wouldn't be lsu. Lsu nor bama would take him. He's still a special athlete and fla will do good to get him. He's almost busy proof if he's not a good wr move him to corner and the other way around

Yea. Florida came in strong last minute and he has dropped Bama. Jones put in work at the practices and Mullen has been calling him daily.
Why would neither take him...he is a top 100 receiver I doubt either is so loaded they turn that down..especially LSU..that lacks offensively so overloading WR's couldn't be a bad idea

We only have four spots left 3 are going to dbs surtain, joseph and Mario Goodrich the fourth is to wr jamar chase who's a la kid and slightly better than Watkins in my opinion

Chase is a stud. I was sad he left. LSU hasn't dismissed Watkins he still is visiting them isn't he? As well as being the second hat with UF. Doubt he delayed his decision when removing Bama and making it a two horse race if LSU didn't want him. So not sure about that unless something changed today.
I'd rather him than Chase for us. Just because he fits a role we need. That elusive, quick guy. If we land Copeland we have four guys who are similar to Chase(though maybe not as good). So I think if we land Watkins and you get Chase, we both win in the end.

I'm sure lsu is still "recruiting" him you have to cover all bases but unless something unforeseen happens there's not a spot for him. I agree if we get one and you guys the other it's a win

I have little doubt Chase goes to LSU. Every CB guy I trust over the years put him at LSU. While some "insiders" suck at 24/7. Some are proven by their prediction accuracy stats. If multiple guys over 88% pick a guy to a school, it's pretty much set in stone barring a major collapse.
