Then came the incident in the hotel room, an incident confirmed on this board and confirmed last night by The Sports Animal radio station in Knoxville, Tenn., and Williams was finally asked to leave for good. It wasn't one thing, it was the final straw.

Williams may be a nice kid, but the story being peddled by Williams and some in the media about him Williams leaving because he was wearing Tennessee gear and recruiting for Tennessee is complete fiction. What is posted above is why Williams was asked to leave. I think fans that read the story and wondered if Auburn handled the situation correctly should have confidence in exactly how Auburn handled the situation.
