How many of these kids will get one of these cars?

Decided by Lamborghini’s marketing, not UTex

quote:

Lamborghini’s marketing director Jeremy Jaramillo previously told On3. “At the end of the day, we’re not boosters,” “We’re not someone who, you know, if they lose to OU, that’s the end of everything kind of people. We’re just, more or less, a local business supporting a local business. … Right now, we just want to have our brand associated with Bijan’s brand because it’s brand exposure for both parties. He wants to exude excellence on the field.

2022: Bijan Robinson
2023: Jordan Whittington, Jake Majors and Jaylan Ford
2024: TBA

It's what makes TX so soft. It was a criticism going back to Mack Brown and it's still an issue now.

Having nice cars at a recruiting event makes you soft?

Personally I don't see the correlation, but I do sense that the post irritated you thus why you commented that.

This is why I've been saying if your school doesn't have a robust business community near it or have the alums who are seriously tapped into high-end business circles your NIL will only do so much but you will not be at the top of the sport.

Eric Dickerson was arranged with a dealership by a Texas A&M booster – a livestock feed store owner trying to woo Dickerson to College Station, according to the autobiography “Watch My Smoke: The Eric Dickerson Story.”

Last year, an effort pushing the boundaries school's traditional fundraising and booster, the12th Man Foundation tried to engage in name, image and likeness activities with NIL, but was shut down due to “external advisers"
