I agree...was thought to flip to AU months ago, never did...and then wasn't pursued by AU staff recently. Gotta be grades...or he's just not good enough.

He's good enough, just not smart enough. A Knox radio guy talked to someone from Pruitt's staff and was told that Roc wanted to sign in December, but they wouldn't let him b/c of eligibility concerns. They laid out a plan with Roc and his coach for exactly what he needed to do to become eligible, and not a single bit of it was attempted. There's a reason he is a 4* with a reported offer list of TN, Auburn, Ole Miss, etc. to a final three of UAB, Memphis, and JSU.

I read on another board that 28 UT players have entered the transfer portal.

This may come back to bite Tennessee during their next coaching hire. Guess it depends on how well connected the Oxford coach is.

UGA, LSU & A&M are the only 2021 Preseason Championship declarations I've seen, so far.

If people are in the business of turning down big pay day opportunities to stay in the good graces of some random arse high school coach in Alabama then we probably need to look elsewhere anyways. That dude would turn on every player on his roster without batting an eye if he was offered a college job.
