Most SEC schools lock down their in state talent which is usually more than enough and there is no need to look out of state as much.
Arkansas gets a lot of Texas recruits due to proximity and lack of in state talent. Missouri also has a lack of in state talent.
MSU and OM have a few due to the pop. of MS isn't much and the better SEC programs raid our state of talent so we get what we can keep in state and go out of state to fill in the holes with decent talent.

Yeah, I don't know if it's Prevot or not, just a random guess. But if it is, he could be a Mingo-type guy we RS then try and put some weight on..Mingo will def be an outside LBer in the NFL though IMO
