you would think aTm could get some out of state recruits since they played so far over their heads this year.

Simple math: 32-20 = how many out of state recruits?

Tony Brown is 2014, not 2013...the one whose sister is signing with LSU in track, right?

Yes, Tony Brown is 2014 but that is not the person of interest right now.

To all LSU fans in the know....please do not say anything else. Let CGSC sweat it out until tomorrow....Happy Pre National Signing Day fellas

That would be a hilarious indictment on LSU's admission standards if they signed Derrick Griffin.

Maybe if it's big enough, Texags will crash and Liucci will off himself.

Congrats on Herron though BTW. Even though we will have to deal with him, anything you can do to help twist the knife in the collective gut of Belmont Hall is enjoyable.

Our Louisiana players, whether wanted by LSU or not, have worked out pretty well so far.

From the 2012 team:

Patrick Lewis (4-year starter at OL)
Jonathan Stewart (starting MLB)
Julien Obioha (starting SDE)
Deshazor Everett (starting CB)

Will probably need updating later today. Looks like we're stealing Ok State's best(composite) recruit...

Don't get me wrong. I'd rather a quality Texas player go to an SEC school if he doesn't go to A&M. There's more than enough talent in the state to go around.

I posted the initial topic to take a stab at the "A&M joining the SEC will only open up the state to the SEC and not help A&M" idiots.

Seeing LSU with 0 Texas commits though shocked me.

I never thought that would happen...I was hoping you all wouldn't join based off of this. I knew it would be harder to recruit Texas with you all in the conference.

Although we are showing 0 at the moment, we did not heavily recruit Texas. IMO the state of Texas had a down year in 2013 as far as what you normally produce each year. If you look at our current class we have a ton a top notch talent from all over the country. We didn't necessarily need to rely on Texas. 2014 is a hotbed for Louisiana. If we can keep the majority of those guys, we will be straight. FYI, Chris Hardeman (2014 DB) is currently committed to us (he is from Houston). aTm offered
