It's like the big executives at the annual Christmas party are watching the new junior vice president getting shitfaced, tying his belt around his head and swinging his pants around his head in his boxers saying "Looooook at meeeeee yaaallll!" and just rolling their eyes.
Bama and OSU are quietly saying get a hold of yourself, man. But then again they're used to the newby embarrassing himself by now...he DID go to the executive golf outing in his best camo.
Yes, you're technically a new executive, you can use the executive bathroom now (whooopie!) but you're still miles from the top. Know you're role.

Any notion that these four guys aren't excellent at interacting with recruits, parents and coaches is just silly. They're personalities vary, but they're all very experienced at it and it's very natural for them.
