Did he break his neck? No but that did not stop all the little whinny puppies on that play, which by the way was legal and on the field.

At least that hit was a legal play in an actual game though. Guys who try to hurt someone in an all star game are the same type that wear Oakley oil rig sunglasses and have truck nuts dangling from a diesel they've never used to haul anything

this is oddly specific.

1 play doesn't make someone a thug. Maybe Smith will learn to not get pushed around.

Smith is a 6'1 160 finesse receiver, I would expect he's used to getting pushed around when engaged on the football field (he probably avoids contact at all costs). What he's probably not used to is someone getting so frustrated that he's burning that they cheap shot him 15 yards out of bounds into a metal bench.

That's a great example. That is considered a dirty play by many but Bama fans defend him tooth and nail just like most fan bases do their players yet Bama fans are surprised UGA fans would defend Lecounte here.

In the process of acting like a pussy whining about a dirty play, you use a gif of a cheap shot? And people wonder why everyone thinks the SEC is a bunch of uneducated rednecks, thanks Bama

It was a dirty play during a championship game on the field of play. LeCounte tried to injure someone on the sidelines during a meaningless All Star practice. Big difference.

It's cool that we can sit here and argue about it because Smith is okay, but had LeCounte injured Smith (a very real possibility) how do you view the play? It's meaningless and definitely not a good look for one of the gems of Kirby's first class.

Bottom line: If you are okay with LeCounte doing this, you must also be okay with him doing that to one of your own receivers at UGA practices.

If you are, great! If not, stop defending it.

There's a big gray area between being ok with it and saying that he's a thug and should be sent home.

It was a bad play, but I think the reaction to it is extreme.

Oh, okay. So it's cool to try and take a player out during a game but it's not okay to do the same thing during a practice. Got it.

Cause HS All Star Practice = SEC game right?

If you're in an actual game and you can legally do something to make a decent player, particularly a QB, a non factor, then by all means.

1 play doesn't make someone a thug, but one play means someone got pushed around? Is that how that works?

I think he should have been disciplined and had to sit. Can you imagine the reaction if this were an actual college game? Bench clearing type shite and potential suspension. Y'all can defend it all you want but you know as well as we do that it was a shitty thing to do.

UGA posters saying "I like the fire" are frickin trash

Trash

Not to mention smith was bullying him all day, so maybe your boy should learn to not get legally pushed around

Anyone can push someone around outside the rules. Dude was pissed that Smith was stealing his lunch money all day

It was a shite play, for probably the 10th time.

I do like the fire though. Just need to keep it channeled in the right direction.
