I heard he was openly recruiting Cam Patrick and Darius Slayton to UT and that was why he was asked to leave.
Seems pretty likely as he has been committed to UT for a year and half.

AU mod seems to have confirmed he did in fact get caught smoking dope at his lodging and he was asked to leave.
