Few Texas fans I talked to are pissed off, saying the kid should come in because he signed his LOI already
Basically their DT situation looks like shite and Charlie was successful in getting just 1 DT to sign for that shitty situation in 2015 and currently has no one on the radar really for 2016. That could be a fast sinking ship in Austin.
