Not spewing BS, just trying to look forward to what he is going to be in the future. I am definitely excited about playing y'all these next few years.
SN: A good friend of mine is an OM fan, and he and I talk a lot about recruiting. In the fall I predicted y'all would have a top 5 recruiting class, and I also told him I thought y'all would be playing for the SEC championship by 2015. He called me crazy, but I still stand by that prediction. I really hate admitting it, but y'all are going to be a force in the SEC in a couple years, possibly even this year.

Can't really argue with you there. That makes drawing big names from outside of MS more difficult, so hopefully the new Seal complex and stadium expansion will help pique the interest of some guys that would otherwise not be. I know y'all are on the rise, but we also have a good thing going. Hopefully we won't take a step back, but I don't really expect too much this coming season. While we will be better overall as a team, our record may not reflect it since we don't have as easy a schedule as last year.

Like I say, CJ will be a good player and no doubt OM wanted him but State was too far ahead in recruiting to make up the ground. But, to call someone a higher draft pick than another before they even hit the D1 practice field is too funny.
I'll agree on the other prediction...

Wow, you weren't lying. All kidding aside, I'd be shocked if y'all did better than 5-7.

Seen an SEC Championship game, seen a Final 4, seen numerous College World Series appearances. Let me know when you reach one.

You're pathetic, you know that?
Nobody gives a shite that you went to the SEC Championship game with just 8 wins in 1998. You realize that recruits nowadays were like two or three years old when that happened?
Oh, you went to the Final Four in 1996? Neat. We beat your basketball team's arse by 18 points a few nights ago.
Bragging about accomplishments that happened during the fricking Clinton Administration is sad, Klong. The only reason you do that is because you can say "well we did these things that TSUN hasn't lolololol :clangalangalanga:"
Guess what, nobody fricking cares. Your accomplishments in the 1990's are worth less than a hill of beans in 2013.

There is no need to be upset.

Don't be a hypocritical dumbass, Hardy.

I agree. The Rebs improved from 2-10 to 7-6 in one year, return 19 starters off of that team and add to that roster the No. 5 recruiting class in the country. You're right, there is no need for me to be upset.
Oh, and our basketball and baseball teams are in the top-25. And Ole Miss isn't lame as frick like State so, yeah, no need to be upset at all.

Seems to me you'd rather him brag on history as opposed to recent success..

what recent success? Other than Northwestern breaking a 359 year bowl losing streak

MSU's win percentage has been a little higher in the last few years... Even a mouth-breather like you knows this is true..
Posted on 2/9/13 at 10:44 am to OMRebelFan
