50/50. All the whisperings about arky have been around for awhile and more often than not these myths seem to at least be based partially on fact.

One thing I've not heard mentioned about DGB is how connected he might be to his biological mom. If she's in StL and wants to see him play CoMo isn't that far away.
Adoptive parents try as they may, they aren't blood. Who knows if their real mom is even communicating to them or what she may think. Pretty good chance she isn't involved, but that's a wildcard for sure.
