This looks like it might be out best class ever.

We're pushing to break into the top 10 with this one.

IMO that's the point where you can start to expect a class to be immediately impactful is when you get into top 10 territory.

The way they do recruiting rankings usually the 15-50th classes are a wash and it matters more how you develop them than anything.

If ON 3 uses an average of 247, ESPN and Rivals, how does that average raise him to a 5 Star?

they plug the different rankings into some algorithm they created, except they give the different recruiting services different weights: on3 and 247 account for 35% of the consensus ranking each while rivals accounts for 20% and espn 10%

OK, but if everyone says he's a 4 star, no matter how you weigh things, the average shouldn't be 5 star. How can an average be higher than the individual rankings?

on3's own ranking has him #13. they roll out their 5 star rankings really slow, and only have 11 five stars right now but it looks like they have end up with 32 five stars every year. they must still consider that #13 ranking as a five star in the algorithm they use. 247 has him at #34 just two spots outside their five stars. those two account for 70% of their consensus ranking. espn has him at #95, but they only account for 10% of the consensus

On3 individual ranking changed. He moved up to 13th overall and the #2 QB overall. That changed his On3 composite. His industry ranking is a 4* and #31 overall.

The QB rankings will change after Elite 11. There will be 4 5*’s, 19 4’s, and 2 3* there. Zollers is considered 1 of the 4*’s.

he is #31 in their industry ranking, but he is a five star. the top 32 players in their industry ranking are five stars. he is #13 but a four star in on3's own rankings. if he stays #13 or just 32 or better, he'll eventually be ranked a five star in those as well

bruh I have been trying to explain to people along time how the rankings actually work around here, they are too dumb.

I'm leery of how many bumps we had in our recruits. Did they all become better relative to their peers, or did they pick up offers that raise their rankings?
