Leach, in the SEC, will get dominate WRS and QBs. RBs will track there too.


What he needs:

1- Not listen to the stupid fans (always the loudest) tell him how to do his job.

2- Get decent to great OL.

3- MSU to keep producing the defensive players they have. Look at the NFL. The MSU presence is felt.



On that OL, he needs time. The OL just started doing well enough. He needs an older group that will allow for the younger ones to develop.


Think about your WR situation. look at the youth. Imagine what is on the bench and developed by the time they are needed.

Look at the QB room. Rogers will be the QB for the next 2 years barring injury. The kid from TX... Will have thrown more passes than needed to simply walk into that role. The kid in HS just set Texas records for TDs thrown....


etc etc.

Primma donna, these guys never pan out. I want a blue collar worker that is firm in his decision. If he starts wavering I want lane to drop him.

This is correct. What he pulled off this year with 4 of the 5 never having played a college snap in their position was remarkable. While we do have an O-Line coach, Leach is 100% hands on that area. Cross will leave early and get drafted as a very high first rounder after this season. We need to sign as many O- linemen as possible.
