ETA: not that it matters (and I may well be an idiot) but his On3 profile lists him as the #10 ranked WR.

I have absolutely no idea. There are so many different rankings at this point

yeah it's a nightmare to keep up with. Just roll what whatever ranking has the particular recruit ranked highest and send it
