I am patiently waiting for this answer as well?
Derrick Henry's worst season equals LF's best so that is who he was talking about
This year's stats:
4261 yds

327.8 YPG
9.22 YPC
55 TDs

was Henry ranked top 5 in the nation?

I guess that's a no. Was he even top 10 coming out of HS?

I honestly don't have a clue. I guess I just took him breaking the national record with over 12k yrds on the ground as an indication that he was a pretty good RB.

Bama fans now propping up the guy who got the ball 40 times a game in high school and ran over kids because he was 245-250 pounds and likely wont even play RB for them?

I'm not propping anyone up. I reserve judgment until they touch the ball in college. A shite-ton of high school "stars" fall flat. Fournette or Henry could have hands made out of Crisco at the next level. Ya never know.

I hope you're not serious.
Derrick Henry is probably going to end up at linebacker.

Funny how often that happens. In high school, where do you stick the kid that is most athletic? RB.

Depending on the situation and system, I stick a kid that best maximizes his potential, regardless of position.
Not really understanding your question, are you saying Adrian Peterson should play LB for the Vikings because he is the best athlete on the team?

Is everyone playing nice?

Nope. In high school, with a limited pool of players, you stick the best athlete where he can have the most impact. RB is normally it.

still 9.9 YPC or whatever I listed regardless of carries

very much the opposite, he is one cut and gone type that hit the edge a majority of the time and ran around most guys, he is a superior athlete with ridiculous speed yes at 245 or so he's faster than LF easily

yes he will play RB

Ah, gotcha. There is a good chance Derrick Henry will end up at linebacker(at least what scouts have said). So I dont see how comparing him as being better than Fournette as a RB is a good example. I know you didnt but you responded so.

Again no way he plays LB he will be a RB

Why do say this with such certainty? He is listed as an athlete on many recruiting sites. Meaning he can play multiple positions. There is a lot of talk that he could end up moving to linebacker.
And dont give me this BS because Saban recruited him to play RB. He might start out at RB but could easily move to LB. This happens all the time at every college.

They both were RBs in high school. How else should I compare them?
