Pickens and Blaylock are the only good receivers on UGA's roster since Cager is gone. Landers and Simmons are terrible, D-Rob is a miss or maybe misused, and Bush/Jackson are constantly injured. Simmons and Landers wouldn't start anywhere else in the SEC. Both have no hands. Not sure if its the playcalling or Kirby demanding blocking over receiving, but whatever it is isn't working.

Just a wild guess, but I think LSU fans are just completely baffled that stud WR's are ending up at UGA to play for a shite OC and a boring dinosaur offense as opposed to a fun, productive offense at LSU.

And LSU has a history of productive offenses
A kid from Georgia decided to stay home and play near his family at a school where playing time was available... shocking. Even Rak staying isn't that shocking. A lot of kids are drawn to playing for their home team in front of their family and friends.

To be fair, why are WR's going to UGA to spend 3-4 years with Dwan Mathis and Carson Beck throwing them the ball? If Fromm leaves and they trot out Beck or Mathis next year or in 2021, UGA's passing game is going to be awful.

I think LSU's new offense could make an average QB put up good numbers. Their offensive system and OC is far better than UGA's.

I read it. And, what he wrote is basically saying a Coley offense helmed by Justin Fields is equivalent in a sense to a Ryan Day offense helmed by Justin Fields. I vehemently disagree with such an assertion.
