For HS players they can call the coaches, coaches cant call them.
Rules are different for JUCO EE.

His own JUCO coaching staff has no idea where he is going... Said the past couple weeks have been incredibly tough on him.
I'm much less sure about this now than I was yesterday. I don't think anybody really knows at this point...
