First offer is always the best...trust me

We just sold ours and our first offer was the worst. We countered, then 2 others jumped in 3 days later and pushed above asking. If they would have come with a decent offer, they would have got it.

If you have a good product and price it right, you should be okay. Throw something subpar on the market or put a high price and you'll struggle. It's not like a few years ago where anything on the market will just fly off.
Next step is to propose an arena in a terrible location using taxpayer dollars to fund it. The Clay Bennett plan to get a team moved.
She used to date Dejounte Murray. He dumped her and called her a gold digger. Looks like he was right.

Feels like a decent chance SLC gets one. They've got a stadium plan already in place for a team.

Is it really that insane of a theory? It's eerily similar to the events that happened before the Sonics moved to OKC. Schultz sold the Sonics to new ownership, they shipped Ray Allen out, new ownership did everything they could to alienate the fans to justify relocating to OKC.

Exactly. This already played out in Seattle. It's not a stretch to say that this could be happening in Dallas. Bennett traded away the Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis, limited players media exposure on purpose, proposed building a publicly-funded arena in Renton rather than Seattle, and limited local engagement with the players. He basically made the entire city hate him, stop supporting the team, then used that to justify his move to OKC. Sounds like a nice blueprint for the Dallas ownership.
I think Sanders would be the 6th or 7th best QB in last year's class.

For sure behind Williams, Daniels, Maye, Penix, and Nix. Toss up with McCarthy.
Good strategy to make $38,000 seem not too bad.
Pete Kwiatkowski is 10x the coordinator than Tosh Lupoi. He'll have a good game plan together.

Texas should bench Ewers and ride with Manning. The offense has been atrocious. ASU should be winning this game.

Did he have fumble issues during the season?

According to ESPN, those are the first fumbles of his entire career. Doubt that will hurt his draft stock. I'm pretty impressed with how many tackles he breaks and his balance.

For some reason, it seems a bunch of people on this board want the dude to fail. It’s like they’re rooting for it, and I can’t figure out why.

Penix is an easy guy to root for. He's not going to see much love here going against Daniels though.

Crazy that he is the #10 overall player in the portal and he got benched on a 6-6 USC team. The portal talent must be lacking this year.
You could tell he was going to be a stud when he was at UW, but he battled injuries, covid hit, then he transferred. I didn't really follow him much at BYU though.
Schools will sign with whichever company offers the most money. Which is usually Nike.
As a reminder, he was in 60 Minutes recently talking about the border and immigration...

Have to get rid of the automatic byes. An automatic bid is fine, but the top 4 teams not getting byes is mind numbingly stupid.

I disagree. It's a good way to keep the regular season and conference championship games relevant. Now the way they determine the top 4 seeds is up for debate in my opinion.

There has been a shift to the left in Utah. Slight but a shift nevertheless. The Mormons are becoming more liberal, more accepting of gays, 'modernizing.' Doesn't bode well for Utah staying red or Republicans counting on Utah as conservative.

Utah isn't voting red this generation. They aren't big Trump fans but Utah is still +21 at the moment. Next election I bet Utah is back above +30.
Is there a full video of his day 1 plans anywhere?
