Non-troll for you Georgia guys,
Is it worth keeping Richt for 3 years to let him see what he does w/ Eason?

It's not up to us, but it's never worth keeping a coach around solely because of a 17 year old kid.

I think UGA should do what's best for the program as a whole and not just what suits Eason. Everyone wants him here but I think most are ready for a change. I believe Richt will be here next year though but he might assume the play calling duties again. If this is the case it should speak volumes of their opinion of this young man.

If Richt hasn't been let go this week it will be very tough to let him go if he wins out and goes 9-3.

So, I take it this kid is the son of former NFL QB Tony Eason?

Nope, his dad played wr at Notre Dame.

Regardless of Richt’s status, I have a feeling Eason will end up in Athens. But to be honest, I’d trade losing Eason in exchange for Richt being fired. Eason isn’t going to save this program with Richt at the helm.

I figured you had been arrested for child molestation by now
Guess you're still out there creeping on kids

I would not be shocked if Kentucky beats UGA this weekend.
That would be the final nail in the coffin.

Please, there have tons of nails but the coffin never seems to get shut. Until he's out I won't believe it.

We had the same idea for Muschamp but...
I would be extremely shocked if Richt does not come back to Georgia next year.
Not going to ETA but just looked at the schedule, and it's very possible Georgia loses to Kentucky, Auburn and even Georgia Tech (if a crazy day happens).
Wow, Georgia being 6 - 6? Even 7 - 5? He just doesn't have an excuse this year.

Shitty qb play, losing his best player, and a new OC are plenty of reason for a bad season.

You essentially linked a mentally challenged, infant version of bleacher report as a source.
Please look at the bio of the person who wrote that article.
Also, not that it matters but Radi asked Jacob's dad about that article and he said none of that happened...so....you know...

Eh, Alabama beat the hell out of Georgia at home. You guys had your RB for that.
Losing is not the problem, when other coaches show you just behind the game you are is the problem.
Florida didn't have their starting QB and have had bad running play almost all year but against Georgia?
Beat them like a drum.
It's not an excuse at Georgia, the program is elite.

So you're telling me that having Chubb would not have made a difference against UT and UF?

What I'm telling you is not to build your program around a single player. Do you think losing Grier hasn't hurt us? Sure, it probably cost us the LSU game (it's impossible to know) but guess what? It's more than one player.
It's that you didn't just lose.
You got embarrassed. Destroyed. By the two tough teams you had to play. Barely beat a Missouri team that just lost to Vanderbilt.
It's the same shite, different year. Georgia is too good to use the excuses.
We have three freshmen on our Oline, we lost our top quarterback and have a weak receiving corps -- but we find ways to score -- because we have a real head coach who can actually utilize the pieces around him.
If Richt was capable of teaching up his talent even a little, a smidgen, he'd have a powerhouse every year.
The excuses for him are running out, and trust me: I want him to stay forever, because he got outcoached against Muschamp, who has proven to the world he's one of the worst coaches alive at the HC position.

I already posted on our board, but basically the guy is full of it. Plus Radi is saying that he talked to Eason's dad, and there is 0 truth behind this story. Good try though.

Do you think Eason's dad would be honest if it was true? He'd be opening his son up to more hounding by the UGA staff, as well as from the uga fanbase. I imagine that UGA would start calling him daily, as well as other staffs who were not mentioned to see if they had a chance to get in the mix.
