LSU fans cant handle having civil conversations with us on that board. It instantly turns to 7 tiger fans telling the "dumb gumps" to GTFO.

I was drinking last night when I started this thread. But I think what I was trying to say was...that I'd take the class that we ACTUALLY ended up with over the class that we were SUPPOSED to get For every guy we didn't get, we filled it with someone just as good or better

I wouldn't call Tony Brown a miss like CR. Tony Brown is from Texas. That's more of a miss for aTm and UT than LSU. Bama got him because CB is a position of need on their team and he probably gets some early playing time.
Losing Speedy hurt at the time however in retrospect him picking aTm probably helped us more with Dupre. Furthermore, it's probably a win win for Speedy and aTm. He'll fit well in their spread and he gets more distance form the NO culture. The College Station culture might keep him off the reefer.
Losing GWIII is the biggest blessing in disguise. Not only did it open the door for Trey L. but it helped us secure Valentine and Sione Teuhema. And with Sione Teumea, we get his 5* O-lineman brother Maea Teumaea. BOOM! That really eases the CR blow. Furthermore, I'm just glad the Collins/Willis family shite is in LSU's rearview mirror. (Oh, forgot to mention GWIII might not academically qualify and will be forced the juco route. His ACT blows).

Hootie decommitted after an OV weekend that was bombed by another player that has now transferred (or will be soon) and an Ole Miss commit was recruiting him to Oxford. He then recommitted soon after staff smoothed things back over with him.
