lol you did see the post I replied to, right? Someone said it’s easier for UGA to make the SECC and make the playoffs. I said the SECC is irrelevant given a 1 loss team will make it. Try to keep up.

Depends on the quality wins. A close loss to bama coupled with wins over auburn, UF, and a ranked ooc team would have LSU in the mix. Bama would get the nod over anyone given the bama treatment, but other SEC teams also get decent treatment just not bama level.

Not really... It took a pretty specific set of circumstances for Alabama to make it to the playoffs without making the SECCG. With the general perception that the West > East (even in 2018 when the East had the better record), a 1 loss SEC East team that doesn't make it to the SECCG is unlikely to make the playoffs... And an undefeated East team that loses in the playoffs is still a low probability of making it against other conference champions unless there are 2 or more P5 conference champs with 2 losses or more...
