at the LSU fans taking it out on Cam Sims. Dude is a solid player. Big frame and decent speed with good hands. 4-star on all sites. We don't need in him to come in and start, he can develop for 2-3 years and be a good role player for us at some point down the line. Our kids from La. are working out pretty well for us from super stars like Lacy and Collins to solid role players like Bell and Sylve. Give us some more La. boys!!!

I don't really care about Sims one bit but if that's what it was going to take to get C-Rob and Hootie then LSU never stood a chance. The staff was never going to take a chance on missing on Quinn, Dupree, Noil for Sims.

Yeah, Sims was simply worth it to Bama. Sucks the way it worked out. My post got buried in the LSUrb thread but if losing Hootie and CRob is the price we pay to trim some fat off this staff then I consider it a fair trade for the long term.

Bama can afford to burn bridges in LA if Sims never plays a down. We can't.
