There is a big blatant difference in Alabama's oversigning and other school's oversigning

But 9 of the kids on that list signed under Tubs.

Perhaps you could enlighten folks on why Chizik cut these folks.
Jomarcus Savage
Christian Thompson
Marcus Jemison
Dontae Aycock
D'Antoine Hood
Derrick Lykes
Derek Winter
Philip Pierre-Louis
Robert Cooper
Andre Harris
Jessel Curry
Eric Smith (pleading to a felony wasn't enough the first time)
That's eleven, plus you've got the Felony 4 and Tyrick Rollison. I'm sure there are others I haven't thought of. So now you're up to 15 players, under Chiz.
The point is Auburn did not need to cut anyone because they were well below the 85 limit (65). We could have kept everyone of those players and given scholarships to the managers and still be below the 85. With Saban it is like horse breeding, when he cuts players (to get below 85) he improves the gene pool.

Good. Had to make room for SunBelt talents like John Sullen and Chad Slade.
Still under 70. Had some medical redshirts as well.

When you have the ethics to cull, any big time team in the country will be able to run like that. Look for Kiffen to follow suit soon after he is able to hit the 85 scholly mark.

And what the frick is wrong with that? Isn't it his job to bring in the best of the best and win football games with them? That's what he gets paid to do, right?
If I'm a freaking horse breeder, then by God I want the best of the best in my stable on race day. Wouldn't you?
Put those slow horses out to pasture, or hell, let them transfer out to a lower division so they can still race, just not the Kentucky Derby.

If you are a professional football team, that is how you do it. The majority of college football coaches honor their commitment to a player and his family. It is all about ethics, so I do not expect most of the bammers to understand.
