Well looks like Trey did a shite job of convincing the top receivers to stay away from LSU Sorry Hog.

Trey is a possession receiver, and Miles wasn't going to let Harris throw over the middle.

Arkansas lock. Year of Jimbo lasted two weeks.

Wasn't your class ranked around #50 in 18 and you zero commits from 19? Am I correct in saying that? You are stopping the year of Jimbo?

Apparently he's leaning towards LSU. Ultimately though, I think he ends up choosing Arky or A&M. His family is Arkansas legacy and his bro is at A&M. Plus both their offenses are a better fit.

And you know this how? Stevie E hasn't unveiled the AARP Air Raid offense yet.

Good luck. I almost hope you get him. Arkansas needs some breaks.

Jimbo going after DT QB’s is a big reason why Gunnell decommited in the first place. Just don’t see A&M in it in the end.

Who's satly? Wherever he goes is getting a solid player. A&M isn't going to stop recruiting him. But if he doesn't go to A&M and stays in the SEC than I am rooting for Arkansas. It's nice to see one of the big boys not land all the studs.

No he fricking isn't

Jimbo wants a certain style qb, Tunnel isn't that style...go back just a couple of years at FL St, Jimbo sat a solid qb, pro style like Gunner, to start a freshman dual threat.
Not saying anything bad about the decision, but Gunner is very very wise to go elsewhere...Jimbo will say whatever, but he WILL start the dual threat guy, every time

Jimbo wants a BIG pro style QB that is mobile enough to run on occasion and extend plays.

EJ Manuel - 6'5" 240
2011 - 110 rush attempts (FSU gave up 40 sacks that year) - 70 rushes total or 5.8 rush attempts per game
2012 - 103 rush attempts (FSU gave up 26 sacks that year) - 87 rushes total or 6.2 rush attemps per game

Jamies Winston - 6'4" 230
2013 - 88 rush attempts (33 sacks) - 55 rushes total or 3.9 attempts per game
2014 - 57 (23) - 34 total or 2.6 per game

Golson - not a runner at all

Francois - 5.5 attempts per after sacks

Grant Gunnell - 6'6" 212
2017 - 70 rush attempts or 5.6 per game (no sack data).

He wants an accurate big arm passer who isn't a statue. His track record shows it. Even when he recruits "duel threats" they aren't asked to run a QB run-first offense at all.

Just committed to Sumlin and Zona. Good news is we will get to compete for his services again in a few years (year?) when he transfers
