it truly was. I know we were in his lead group but if you told me this time yesterday that we would be getting a commit that night he would have been way down the list of people that I thought would be likely.

I was reading over on yalls 247 board about this pickup. I didnt realize we were both in the same boat regarding poor DL recruiting this cycle. weird to think that would be an issue for Smart and Muschamp.

The last couple years have been light on DL in Georgia, and the new DL coach at UGA hasn't exactly made a splash.

I was disappointed to read about Wyatt. I was bummed when yall got him from us and now it looks like he may not qualify? That sucks. I liked his skill set.

Yeah I don't know what's going on with that. No news outlet can get in touch with him.

The entire South is hurting for DL this year, really the whole country. Fewest DTs in the top 100 that I can remember. Staffs are going to have to do a lot of legwork and projection this year.
