He's athletic enough to do it but I agree a 3-4 would have been a much better fit.
Guy is dumb to not play LT where he would get paid much better in the NFL and has much more potential.

yeah I guess. But I was kind of comparing him to somebody like Julius Peppers.

Would be nice and I want Jaquay and Leonard Williams
Going to be tough to get, but not impossible for those 5.

I think we will get 3 of those 5. If we get 4 I will be ecstatic. Any more is gravy

They do say to do what you love. Maybe the guy just loves tackling RBs and sacking QBs.

Most likely nobody wants to block that just gets boring

The meanest SOBs play OL. You get to smash and push and shove and chop and it's all legal.

I think we get all but Goldman. Could be wrong on Darby though.

I disagree I enjoyed playing LT for many reasons. You get to put a hurt on people plenty. There is a satisfaction you get from making running lanes, protecting the QB, breaking down field and crushing a LB, or a DB. I will admit I didn't feel that way when I was first asked to play their though.

Russ Grimm said that "there is no better feeling in the world then taking a man from point A and moving him to point B against his will."

I want Goldman more than any of them. But that is just me.

Its a palindrome.

If someone showed me what starting LT's make in the NFL and then explained to me why I would have a better chance of making the NFL at that position then I would change my mind quickly.
Maybe that's just me, I loved defense far more than offense but when it comes to your future you gotta make the right decisions.

Random Question: If you could choose 1 who would you choose?
Arik Armstead, Stefon Diggs, or Eddie Goldman?

And for that reason, I would not want him. If he struggles at DE (and I think he will because he is just too fricking tall to get leverage and not athletic enough to speed rush) and the coaches try to move him to OT, it will turn into a circus for that program.

I think having Goldman would be the safest bet for improving our team. But if I could pick one realistic guy for us to get it would be Diggs.
We have 1 reciever that ever makes plays for us, and we have seen what happens when he goes down. We need a playmaker at WR much worse than depth at DT imo. We have plenty of young talent at DT. Goldman would be a huge pickup though.
All that being said Diggs is probably more of a longshot than Goldman.
