reports surfacing that the drugs were claimed by one of the other passengers in the car and the guns were not registered to Bessent.
If true, felony charges will be dropped and this likely becomes no more than a misdemeanor for Bessent and he'll end up at Auburn. May be in for some tough days with Ryan Russell and be forced to watch who he spends his time with a little more closely, but will still get to play at AU.

Where you seeing this at? I've only found two tweets from random dudes saying the Brunswick News is reporting, but I find nothing from Brunswick News saying anything about him since he was arrested.

According to Hoke, who spoke with him, KB has not spoken to Gus and he declined to speak to his legal situation. He just believes he will be at Auburn. And people around/in the program feel the felony charges will be dropped. Would still have to face Gus.
