This is correct. This will change for the better and for the worst until we get through this recruiting season. (For what it's worth Florida is now #16....but if they continue to add they will move back up...especially if y'all hook Perkins as some think you will)
Florida has come a long way, though. I know you guys are relieved to finally be getting some traction recruiting.

35th in recruits to 19th. Sounds like “up” to me.
