The student athlete has to be age 21 to sign the NLI himself.
Only 1 parent/guardian has to sign.
The parent can fax the signed NLI, they do not have to be present.

Word on The Street is that Coach O has an in-house later today. Done deal. The "Street" in question is my barber. He's a solid source. I once saw him put a bowl on a man's head and proceed to clip with great vigor. He's known for accuracy.

I'm really disappointed in UF's bagmen. Bunch of amateurs. Probably even using personal checks instead of cash.
