Apparently FSU guys have been really confident until just very recently. What's crazy is I don't think Armour-Davis took any visits to Alabama. Basically yall just told him "hey you do know we signed no CBs last year and you will probably get on the field super early here". Don't blame the kid. Sucks for AU but I am hoping Brown is a solid evaluator of talent because he sure as hell isn't a big time recruiter

Thought it was kinda odd he was going to commit to Bama tomorrow.
Word is that most kids can not commit until they camp at Bama this year.

Alabama gets who they want. Period.
Auburn wins a few battles outright, but it's mainly wasted energy trying to get someone to commit to Auburn over Alabama.
Also, they can have the 5 stars. They don't usually work out for Auburn.

Doesn't sound like that's the case for Armour-Davis. Will be interesting to see if he does in fact commit before his senior year. A few months ago said he was close to a decision and AU was the presumed favorite but didn't pull the trigger. Then Friday seems like a lock for Bama and delays. Would not be shocked if his recruitment lasted closer to NSD

He's a solid change of pace type of back. FWIW he wanted to commit to AU at Big Cat Weekend but we wanted him as an "athlete" so we could switch him to DB. He didn't like that...
My guess is he's a fly sweep guy in Canada's offense. Should do fine in that role
