as a recruit right now I would rather go to SMU, Tech, then aTm. All of this is based on me being a WR/QB.

Yeah it would really suck to put yourself in a position to win a Heisman, have a mass amount of exposure (good and bad), and be a top 10 pick in the NFL draft. Not to mention playing in the premiere league of college football. You sure have this football gig figured out.

Would you rather be a bank teller over being a hedge fund manager too?

I still really do not get the love for Austin?

The SuperDrum is old, 6th Street is a waste of 20 year old meth dealers, and the elevated highway is well stupid.

If I was going to chose between aTm and Texas I may go to San Jac and hope like hell that aTm will pull a Lectric Leland for me and allow me to graduate in 2 years.

Now if they could make the San Marcos go through campus at UT I may reconsider.

I can win the Heisman at SMU, I would play in a Power 6, be on ESPN every week, and live in a better city.

Okay got it.

You guys are forgetting SMU has easier path to NC than aTm or UT does right now.

Pretty sure you're only on ESPN when you're losing to ATM by 4 or 5 TDs.

A&M. screw Texas and the Big12. I would want to be in the spotlight, which is the SECw. A&M has a better fan-base (at least in-game) and TAMU is more flashy and seems more appealing.

Also note that with the LHN, youll get little-none exposure.

And who wants to play in Lawrence, KS., Manhatten, KS., Ames, IA., when you can play in Baton Rouge, LA., Oxford, MS., and Knoxville, TN., (I know theyre in east, but they have home-and-homes every year)????

I say A&M and its not even close.

Sideline Reporter: SMS why SMU?

sms: Ummm well there are a lot of factors that I considered, but if I were to choose one it's because it is pretty.

The problem is even though your path is easier, you're not using the same mode of transportation.

You might have a shortcut but you're riding on a tricycle, once you meet up with a ferrari, youre gonna get smoked.

There's no such thing as a Power 6 conference anymore. The Big East/AAC lost their membership. There's FIVE power conferences now:

ACC
Big 12 (although that's the next one to drop)
Big Ten
PAC 12
SEC
