LF would start on any SEC team. I don't see how anyone would hold him back

He would definitely not start over Yeldon next year

He'd at least be right there with him. A SEC S&C coach would have him ready.

No chance. He'd be competing with Derrick Henry for backup.

No, he'd be his backup with Henry. Yeldon will have 2 years and 2 1000+ yard seasons on him. Plus being more versatile

Henry would be behind him. Yeldon would be watching his back. There's a reason both Frank Wilson and Burton burns are recruiting him like crazy.

LF is an incredible talent and prospect. I've seen him play twice and he's a lot of fun to watch. That being said, you're overrating him. He's a Junior in HS. He's going to be a T. Richardson, T. Gurley, TJ Yeldon, Jeremy Hill, massive impact type running back, but to say that right now as a jr. in HS that he's as good or better than any of those players in fricking dumb. I rate this kid really high but I don't know how he's ever going to live up to some of these expectations.

We want him. If we don't get him, it won't disappoint us.

He reminds me of Julio. Other fan bases knew he was going to Alabama. It doesn't mean they had to dog his talents. Same here. We can appreciate greatness when we see it.

At the same time, we're quite satisfied with what we already have.

And there's a reason Bama did everything they could to flip Yeldon. It's just dumb to think a freshman Fournette will take probable Heisman-contending junior Yeldon's starting spot

LSU fans pretending Fournette is a once in a generation type talent.

There are backs on his level every year recruiting wise.

I don't know about every year. The kid is gonna be an absolute stud wherever he goes. Wouldn't be surprised if he brings home a Heisman his sophomore year.

You're delusional if you think otherwise.

Only a couple the last decade were on LF's level. You're either trolling or just stupid.

No. Just no.

Analysts and scouts are calling him the best RB to come out of high school since Adrian Peterson. So a once in a decade prospect.

So you consider Alex Collins to be on the level of Leonard Fournette? Collins was the No.1 back on 247 last year so that should make him as good as LF, right? Let's ignore the fact that Fournette has a much better offer list and is the No.2 prospect in the country while Collins was the 17th. Collins is as good as him right?

From the outside looking in (we are not after Fournette) - Bama doesn't need Fournette. If anything, Bama just doesn't want LSU to have him, to keep from facing him.

Bama has plenty of RB's already, including Tenpenny.

ETA: I foresee Tenpenny riding the pine at Bama for most of his career, not because he's not 'good', but there will always be 2 or more 'better' ahead of him. He could have played a whole lot more at Arkansas, and will see that later. Hindsight is a bitch sometimes.
