I think Jones was actually a decent hire given the state of your program. You need talent, and he can get that for you. Worst case scenario, the guy who replaces him in 4 or 5 years has a good roster to work with. Kirby is the guy who got Pollard interested though. He was his recruiter at Georgetown before going to LSU.

he was actually a pretty good hire considering no one wanted the job. LSU is his Kentucky. I just want to be in play for some NCAA tourneys soon.
