Who are prospects that Auburn and Alabama battled over to some extent and then one of them (Alabama) didn't have room and they ended up going out of state?

I can think of Kwon Alexander but are there any others?

Hard to call him for this category just because Winston chose FSU over both programs.

I am talking about a kid thinking about going to AU then being pushed out of state by UA

Yep. If auburn wants a kid and Bama doesn't have room, the REC makes sure he goes out of state.

I don't know if it is hatred of AU, pressure from pro Bama in the region or the REC but a lot of kids don't end up at AU that Bama doesn't offer schollies to.

I am not suggesting foul play or anything just making a comment that UA has a lot of sway in our state.
