I don't know why any quarterback would go to Florida right now, period. And I don't know why any high-school quarterback would go to Auburn. The best one they have developed since Gus Malzahn arrived is Sean White, and he's not even the starter anymore.

Florida State would be a scary team with him, or even Clemson.

He gets to be the savior and who on the roster would go before him? Maybe Franks? He'd start over Del Rio, he'd start over Trask, Toney, Malik.

He'd have a real shot of getting on the field immediately. Our QB situation has been horrid, so he'd have: Immediate Playing Time, a chance to be a literal rockstar like no other (have you seen how the fans treat Eddie P.?) and will likely play every single year he's on campus.

Or he could go to Auburn and wait behind Stidham.

And Sean White.

Why be a prince for three years when you could be a king in one?

It's going to be AU unless Gus blows it.

Led the SEC in Passing % and has a few years of experience.

No way a true freshman with no college experience starts before him unless he shits the bed completely.

He manages the game decently.

He's going to play at Florida right away, period. He's taking a risk by going to either Georgia or Auburn.

White isn't good. Marginal passer and not really a running threat.

From UGA fan coworker, I heard that Fields has secretly visited UGA as well.

Why? Trent was spot on with pretty much everything in the last cycle, if he says a visit happened then it probably happened. There's also another plugged in staff member on Rivals that gave some very strong hints that UGA is in really good position for JF right now, and he's a Bama guy originally and doesn't exactly get along with UGA fans so definitely no homerism there.

Of course UGA will be in the thick of this. His sister will be there and his mother wants him at UGA.

The question is how fat Chaney can convince him how he'll be utilized properly. Play that Drew Brees highlight tape on the projection screen.

And he called Isaiah Wilson to UGA before anybody else did. He's got good sources, so if he says we're in a good spot for JF then I believe him.

I just hope Chaney doesn't screw it up for us this year. If we can have a good year offensively I think we have him in the bag. If zeus commits then that will probably help as well

I definitely wouldn't say we have him in the bag, but it can't hurt.

I'd love for him to end up in Athens, but playing time wise I could understand why UF and Auburn are very desirable.

He's not going to UGA behind the other 5 stars.

Right now AU leads but Florida could change that.

Why not? He could get coached up by the qb guru known as Chaney. The dude is solely responsible for Drew Brees' success. That kind of stuff sells itself.

He will sit behind Eason for 1 year then him and Fromm will battle for the position.
