We haven't offered
We are after Lee and Palmer in the state at WR. Aren't going to take more than 3 WRs this class probably. May only take 2. We have 11 scholarship WRs this season and none are seniors.

I haven't heard anything about this kid, but he looks like a solid receiver. State is on a roll right now with its offense recruiting.
