Alabama is going to sign 22 tomorrow and have 4 spots to use on February signees or transfers. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a couple more in-state kids end in Alabama’s 2021 class.

I'm pretty sure Scooby didn't get a committable offer from Bama. They signed four 2020 OLBs and have 2021 commits 5* WDE/OLB Dallas Turner & 4* ILB Kendrick Blackshire, who might play OLB or DE. I don't think they'll land another 2021 OLB. Bama recruited Sorey for ILB and a usually reliable insider said Koht isn't an option for Bama.

Sorey was absolutely a take. He just chose to go elsewhere.

Yeah, I added the remarks about Sorey and Koht via an edit. I could be wrong, but I think UA's recent interest in Koht might've been them thinking he has the frame for bulking up into a 3-4 DE and maybe Koht isn't cool with it. Another DE is a priority, but two top DE targets, Shemar Turner and Tunmise Adeleye, are going to ATM.
Bama recruiting is kinda hard to follow because they offer and recuit a lot of kids that don't get a green light to commit and not much gets leaked about where kids are on their board.
